WEEKLY RATE

15 days before arrival date 100% Reimbousement

If cancelled at 14days before arrival 50% Penalty of Balance Due Without Extra Charges

Less than 14 days before arrival or NO SHOW 100% Balance Due Excluded Extra Charges

MONTLY RATE

22 days before arrival date 100% Reimboursement

. If cancelled within 21 days before arrival 50% Penalty of Balance Due Without Extra Charges

NOT REFUNDABLE RATE

Discounted rate 10% off the standard rate.

This rate cannot be booked less than 30 days before the arrival date.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT CONDITIONS

For direct bookings from 3 months before arrival up to 24 months, we can split payments into 4 installments until arrival. Each installment will be a quarter of the total cost.

Anyway For cancellation any time before arrival 1of 4 Installements will be loss as penalty for cancellation 3 months before arrival date.
